Resetting tasks to Idle

If an exception occurs when the Batch Manager runs a task, Infor Public Sector may display a status of Running or Queued for a task that isn't actually running. If this happens you can reset the task's status to Idle.
  1. Select System > Batch Processing > Batch Manager.
  2. In the Tasks grid, select the tasks that you want to reset.
  3. Click Action and select Reset to Idle.
