This table describes the standard My Infor items for the Code Enforcement module.

Item Description
All Completed Cases This dashboard has two panels that show the types of cases completed during the current month and year. The This Year panel uses a pie chart to compare the percentages of cases completed this year by case type. The This Month panel compares the percentages of cases completed this month by case type.
All Open Cases This dashboard has two panels that show the number of open cases for your agency and their case types. The Total panel uses an angular gauge to show the total number of open cases for your agency. The By Type panel uses a pie chart to compare the percentages of open cases by case type.
Case Inspector TO-DO List Shows a list of all case inspections assigned to you that do not yet have results recorded.

To record results for the inspections in the list, select one or more inspections, click the Settings button, and select Record Results. Then specify the results of the inspection in the Result field, and specify any other information about the inspection and click Save.

Case Reviewer TO-DO List Shows a list of case reviews assigned to you that do not yet have results recorded. To record results for the inspections in the list select one or more reviews, click the Settings button, and select Record Results. Then specify the results of the review in the Result field, specify any other information about the review, and click Save.
Completed Case Hearings This dashboard has four panels with angular gauges that show the number of hearings completed for the current day, week, month, and year.
Completed Case Inspections This dashboard has four panels with angular gauges that show the number of completed case inspections for the current day, week, month, and year.
Completed Case Reviews This dashboard has four panels with angular gauges that show the number of case reviews completed in the current day, week, month, and year.
Current Revenue for Cases This dashboard has two panels that show the amount of revenue collected by your agency for different types of cases during the current and previous years. The Current Year panel shows a linear gauge panel with the amount of fees collected this year by case type. The Previous Year panel shows the amount of fees collected last year by case type.
Current Revenue for Cases CDR Billing Similar to the Current Revenue for Cases item, but shows revenue based on Billing transactions.
Current Unpaid for Cases This dashboard shows a pie chart that shows the percentages of cases with unpaid fees by case type. You can rest your mouse pointer on a slice in the pie chart to view the case type and percentage of cases of that type with unpaid fees.
Current Unpaid for Cases CDR Billing Similar to the Current Unpaid for Cases item, but shows unpaid fees based on Billing transactions.
Incomplete Case Hearings This dashboard uses an angular gauge to show the total number of incomplete case hearings.
Incomplete Case Inspections This dashboard has four panels that show the number of incomplete case inspections for your agency and their responsibility codes.

The Total panel uses an angular gauge to show the total number of incomplete inspections, both assigned and unassigned. The Unassigned panel shows the number of unassigned case inspections. The Assigned panel shows the number of assigned but incomplete case inspections. The By Responsibility panel uses a pie chart to compare the percentages of incomplete case inspections by responsibility code.
