Creating an access group

  1. Select System > Security > Access Control.
  2. Browse through the Role Information tree and select the Permissions node of any role.
  3. Click the Specify permissions for this role link to the right of the Role Information tree.
    Infor Public Sector shows the Assign Permissions dialog box.
  4. In the Permissions tree, right-click the root node and select Create Access Group.
  5. Type a unique name for the access group in the Access Group Name field.
  6. Click Save.
    The new access group is now displayed in the Permissions tree, along with the access ID that Infor Public Sector created for it.

Now you can add permissions to the access group.
