User licensing

Each user license lets an employee use a specific module, such as Customer Service or Building Permits. The User License form is used to assign these licenses to your employees.

For example, agency employees who work with service requests in Infor Public Sector must be assigned the Customer Service license. The specific features that a user can access also depend on the permissions that are assigned in Access Control.

After a user has been granted a license for a module, the user may sign in to Infor Public Sector and use the forms for that module. The specific features that users can access and the actions that they can perform also depend on their access rights, set up in Access Control.
