Correspondence configuration

The Correspondence configuration defines settings for the Infor Public Sector correspondence processes. See the Infor Public Sector Correspondence Administration Guide for more information.

The root CORRESPONDENCE node has two children: PATHS and PROCESSES.

PATHS

The PATHS node has a number of Path nodes as children. Each Path node specifies a directory path that Infor Public Sector will use for correspondence processes. Each Path node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Path Name Name of the path.
Path String Full path to the directory.

PROCESSES

The PROCESSES node has a number of Process nodes as children, each of which defines values for a specific correspondence process. A Process node can have these attributes:

Attribute Description
Create Images Indicates whether the correspondence engine will include consumption charts in customers' bills when outputting a bill run.
Hansen Moniker Moniker of the Infor Public Sector business object that supplies the data for the process.
Process ID ID number for the process.
Process Name Name of the correspondence process.
Product Family Infor Public Sector product family that the process belongs to.
Save Details Indicates whether the correspondence XML will be saved to the database.
XML Node Argument Root node of the XML output document. This attribute is optional, but if used it must have a value. Missing information will cause errors in Correspondence Process Setup.
