Work Order InfoViewer
The Work Order InfoViewer shows information about a work order, such as its location, the resources used, and the asset being worked on. You access the viewer by clicking a Work Order Number or "Open Work Order" link on any form that shows the link.
The Work Order InfoViewer shows information on several tabs. To keep the user interface as simple as possible, most of the tabs are only displayed if there is information to show. For example, the Log tab is only displayed if a work order has one or more log entries. To add the first log entry to a work order, you can use the link in the panel on the Summary tab.
You can also use the classic layout of the Work Order InfoViewer, which shows all tabs.
