Updating a completed task

You can update task information using the Planned Tasks tab of the Work Order InfoViewer.

Note:  If multiple tasks require the same completion information, you can update a group of tasks simultaneously.
  1. Load the work order you want into the Work Order InfoViewer.
  2. Click the Planned Tasks tab.
  3. Enable editing in the grid and select the task you would like to update.
  4. On the Completion Info tab, specify the date that the task was completed in the Completed field.
  5. Specify the identification code for the employee who completed the task in the Completed By field.
  6. Provide any additional information about the task in the Completion Info field.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Close to close the dialog box.
    Infor Public Sector shows the updated information in the Work Order InfoViewer.
