Map Drawer for Create Work Order

Options

You can use the Map Drawer button in Create Work Order to set the location of a work order, and to show the locations of related records.

This table describes each option that is available from the Map Drawer button in Create Work Order.

Option	Description
Set Work Order Location	Sets the location of a new work order. To select an address from the map, you must first activate the associated map feature. Then right-click the address marker and select Set Address. Infor Public Sector enters the selected address in the address fields in Submit Service Request. You can also right-click any point in the map and select Set Point Location to set the X and Y coordinates for the work order.
Show Asset	Shows the location of the asset that you enter when creating a work order.
Show Address	Shows the location of the address that you enter when creating a work order.
Show Work Orders Near Asset	Shows the locations of open work orders near the asset that you entered for the new work order.
Show Work Orders Near Address	Shows the locations of open work orders near the address that you entered for the new work order.

Commands

This table describes each command that is available in the Map Drawer for Create Work Order. Action commands are invoked from the Action button. Context commands are invoked by right-clicking on a map marker. Point commands are invoked by right-clicking on a point in the map.

Command	Description
Set Address (context)	Copies the selected address to the work order record.
Set Asset (context)	Copies the selected asset to the work order record.
Set Point Location (point)	Copies the X and Y coordinates of the selected point location to the work order record.
