My Infor Work Management items

You can use the Work Management items in My Infor to view information about your agency's work orders. Note that the titles of these items may vary depending on your agency's configuration. You can show one or more of these Work Management items:
Item Description
Closed Work Orders List Shows a list of closed work orders that are assigned to the current user, or are unassigned.
Failures by Failure Code Year to Date This dashboard uses a linear gauge to show the total number of asset failures for the current year, broken down by failure definition. Note that Infor Public Sector only shows failures recorded in work orders for which you selected the Major Failure check box in the Work Order InfoViewer.
Failures vs. Previous Period This dashboard includes four panels that use bar charts to compare the number of asset failures recorded in work orders for the current and previous day, week, month, and year. Note that Infor Public Sector only shows failures recorded in work orders for which you selected the Major Failure check box in the Work Order InfoViewer.
Open Work Orders This dashboard uses an angular gauge to show the total number of open work orders.
Open Work Orders by Area This dashboard uses a linear gauge to show the total number of open work orders, broken down by area.
Open Work Orders by Asset Type This dashboard uses a linear gauge to show the total number of open work orders, broken down by asset type.
Open Work Orders by Maintenance Type This dashboard uses a linear gauge to show the total number of open work orders, broken down by maintenance type.
Open Work Orders for a Supervisor Shows a list of open work orders that are assigned to employees who report to the currently logged in user.
Open Work Orders List

Shows a list of open work orders. You can use this item's preferences to filter the work orders that are displayed in the list. When editing the item's preferences, you can select one of four options from the View Settings list:

  • All Work Orders: Shows all open work orders.
  • Assigned to Me: Shows all open work orders that are assigned to the logged in user.
  • Assigned as Supervisor: Shows all open work orders that are assigned to employees who report to the logged in user.
  • My Responsibility: Shows all open work orders that match the responsibility of the logged in user.

    You can use the Employee Manager to add one or more responsibility codes to the user's employee record. It is important to note that the Work Management Responsibility code definition is separate from the Resources Responsibility code definition used for employee records. To use the My Responsibility option, you must ensure that the codes in these two tables match.

Work Order Approvals for Review Shows a list of work orders for the logged in user to approve or reject based on their estimated costs. To process work orders, select one or more work orders in the grid, click the Settings button and select Approve or Reject.

You can use the Work Management Preferences node in the My Infor Preferences box to filter the work orders that are displayed based on the required approval level.

Work Order Pending Approvals Shows all work orders with pending approvals that are assigned to the logged in user. You can click the Settings button and select Show Unassigned to show unassigned work orders as well.
Work Order Reviewed Approvals Shows all work orders with reviewed approvals that are assigned to the logged in user. You can click the Settings button and select Show Unassigned to show unassigned work orders as well. The Status column in the grid indicates whether each work order was approved or rejected.

If a work order was rejected, you can select it in the grid, click the Settings button, and select Resubmit to resubmit it. You can also select one or more work orders, click the Settings button, and select Done to remove the work orders from the list.

Work Order TO-DO List Shows a list of open work orders that are assigned to the current user, or are unassigned. You can click a work order number in the Work Order # column to open the work order in the InfoViewer.
Work Orders - Scheduled vs Unscheduled This dashboard uses a line chart to show the numbers of scheduled and unscheduled work orders for each month of the current year and the previous year.
