Graphing activities

You can use the Resource Plan InfoViewer to view bar chart graphs of production and cost information for the activities defined for the resource plan. The bar chart shows four bars: One for the amount of work planned, one for the actual work performed, one for the planned costs, and one for actual costs. For each activity, Infor Public Sector shows a chart showing the production and cost information for the activity for the entire length of the plan. If you graph an activity after the plan’s start date, Infor Public Sector also shows a graph of the production and cost information for the activity for each month since the start of the plan.

You can choose to view graphs for selected activities or all of the plan’s activities.

  1. Load the plan you want into the Resource Plan InfoViewer.
You access the Resource Plan InfoViewer by clicking the Plan link for the resource plan on any form that shows the link.
  2. On the Activities tab, click Graph All or select the activities whose production and cost information you want to graph and click Graph Selected.
Infor Public Sector shows one or more bar charts showing production and cost information for the activities.
