Setting a PIN

Depending on your system configuration, a supervisor might need to enter their employee ID and PIN to record an approval, such as approving a refund of an application fee. For example, this method is used to record approvals in a multi-tenant environment. You can use the Employee InfoViewer to set the PIN.
  1. Open the employee record in the Employee InfoViewer.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click the Set link next to the PIN field.
  4. Enter the PIN in the PIN field.
  5. Reenter the PIN in the Confirm PIN field.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Save.
