Defining a usage group

  1. Select Resources > Scheduling > Usage Group.
  2. In the Usage Groups tree, click the Usage Groups root node.
  3. Click Add above the grid.
  4. Type an identification code for the new usage group in the Group ID field.
  5. Enter the type of usage group in the Type field.
  6. Type a description of the usage group in the Description field.
  7. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector creates the new usage group and adds it to the grid. A node for the usage group will be displayed in the Usage Groups tree when you expand the Usage Groups root node. You can now add resources to the usage group.
