Viewing work orders in the Roadway InfoViewer

You can use the Roadway InfoViewer to show work orders for a roadway, or for any assets that are attached to the roadway. For example, you could show all incomplete work orders for pothole repairs along a particular roadway, or all completed work orders for road repaving.

  1. Load the roadway you want into the Roadway InfoViewer.
  2. Click Settings Settings button .
    The Roadway InfoViewer Preferences dialog box is displayed.
  3. On the Features tab, ensure that Work Orders is selected in the grid.
  4. On the Work Orders tab, enter your selection criteria for the work orders you want to show.
    If you don't enter any criteria, the InfoViewer shows all work orders for the roadway.
    You can also specify a range of completion dates in the From and To fields to show only work orders completed within that range, and you can choose to show only complete or only incomplete work orders.
    You also have the option of showing work orders for the assets that are attached to the roadway, or showing maintenance schedules for the roadway or attached assets.
    If you only want to show work orders for certain activities, select the Limited by Activity check box and select the activities that you want to show. You can also use the Roadway InfoViewer to create new work orders for the selected activities.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Infor Public Sector closes the Roadway InfoViewer Preferences box and shows the work orders that match your selection criteria in the feature list. You can also use the activities in the feature list to create work orders for the roadway.
