Asset Management enhancements

This update includes some useability enhancements on the Life History tab of the asset InfoViewers.

The enhancements make it easier to see associated work orders, inspections, and service requests. For example, if an asset index was updated by a work order, the work order number is shown in the Asset Indexes panel. The work order number is hyperlinked so the user can open it in the Work Order InfoViewer.

Similarly, the Recent Work Orders, Recent Service Requests, and Recent Inspection panels show the hyperlinked numbers of the associated records.

In another useability improvement, the Rate and Total Cost columns are now shown on the Resource Usage tab in the asset inspection InfoViewers. This makes the inspection InfoViewers consistent with the Resource Usage in the Service Request InfoViewer and the Work Order InfoViewer.
