Rhythm

• New options have been added to the Portal Setups tabs of the CDR system setup pages, such as Building Permits System Setup. These settings specify what information is shown in the portal for customers and for public users.

  

• When defining status checks for application milestones, you can use the new Exclude from Portal Pending Activities check box to exclude status checks from the count of pending activities that is shown to customers in the portal. This gives you the option of only counting status checks that the customer is responsible for completing.

  

• The new Portal Submit Placement fields for application details specify where on the page in Rhythm for Civics the details will be shown. For example, you might want to show a detail immediately before or immediately after the applicant information.

• 

• The attachment constraint functionality for CDR application workflows also applies to Rhythm for Civics.
