Service Request Type
To improve the performance of the Service Request Type page, the
code for loading request types in the tree has been updated.
If the number of request types under any category in the tree is greater than 100, the request types are automatically grouped in subcategories with no more than 100 request types each.
The name of each auto-generated subcategory indicates the first and last request types in that category, such as Request Type 1 TO Request Type 100.
