Rhythm changes

Some of the enhancements in this update were added to support new functionality in Infor Rhythm for Civics.

For service request types, there is a new Allow Public Submission check box on the Portal Setup tab. For example, you might allow customers to submit service request but not public users.
In Cashiering Setup, there is a new option to add a merchant account for Elavon Converge.
