Mobile improvements

This update includes several enhancements to the Infor Field Inspector mobile app.

First, the app is now supported on Android 11 and iOS 14.6.

Second, single sign on using OAuth 2.0 is now supported for ArcGIS maps. This means that users can view secured content without entering a separate login.

Finally, there have been some improvements in the attachment functionality.

You can now upload photo attachments in bulk.
There is a new option to save the photos that are captured in the app to the gallery on the mobile device. To enable this functionality set the SaveCapturedMediaToGallery attribute on the platform nodes in the Mobile configuration to True.
Photo uploads are now processed in the background so you can continue to use the app during an upload.
