OAuth2 for SharePoint Online
In EDM Setup, OAuth2 authentication is now supported for SharePoint
Online providers.
OAuth2 is not currently required, but is recommended for improved security. Microsoft has deprecated basic authentication for SharePoint Online, so OAuth2 will be required in the future.
