Dynamic Portal Responsive
Improvements have been made in the process of changing the bank account used for autopay
(direct debit) in Dynamic Portal Responsive.
When the user selects a different bank and clicks
, a message is displayed explaining the effect of the change, depending on the current billing cycle. For example, it might be the case that the old bank account will still be used for the next direct debit because the new one isn't verified yet. The user must then click to confirm the change.
