Detail page constraints for Rhythm for Civics
Portal constraints are a new feature for detail pages in Customer Service and the CDR modules. They define how details are displayed in Rhythm for Civics, such as indicating that an application detail is editable for customers, but is display-only for users in the public role. For CDR details you can also specify at which milestones a detail will be shown in the portal.
To define portal constraints for service request details, use the Portal Setup tab in the Request Type Global Parameters dialog box. For CDR details, a grid is displayed when you select IPS & Portal from the Display Module list while adding or editing a detail.
