Change account owner

Use the new Change Owner link on the Manage Account page to manage the plans and settings associated with an account when ownership changes. For example, you might want to clear payment arrangements and bankruptcies when an account changes ownership, but you might want to retain tax exemptions.

This feature was added for use by agencies that keep the same account and transfer it to the new owner when a property changes ownership. A wizard guides you through the process of specifying the new account owner and selecting which settings you want to keep and which you want to clear.
