Card view settings for Rhythm for Civics

To support the new card view layouts in Rhythm for Civics, new configuration options have been added for Customer Service and CDR.

For Customer Service, these options are shown on the Portal Setup tab in the Request Type Global Parameters dialog box. You can choose the fields that you want to show in the card views in different contexts, such as showing a field in the lookup when a user is in the customer role, but not when the user is in the public role.

For CDR, the same options are shown on the Portal Setup tab of the system setup forms, such as Building Permits System Setup.
