Resource usage in Mobile

Several improvements have been made to the process of recording resource usage in the Infor Field Inspector mobile app.

• You can use the mobile app's timer to record labor usage. When working with an asset inspection, service request, or work order, click Action and select Add My Time. If the timer is running, the elapsed hours and minutes are displayed automatically in the Usage field. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Mobile configuration.
• A new popup makes it easier to enter hours and minutes when recording labor usage. You can select the hours and minutes from drop-down lists.
• You can now specify a default pay type for labor usage.
• New search criteria have been added to the Contract Item Search page, which is used to look up contract sections when recording contractor costs. In addition, you can configure the mobile app to automatically populate the specified contractor when searching for contract items.
