Log generation links
When defining service request types and application types in Infor Public Sector, you can now create custom log generation links that will be displayed in Infor Rhythm for Civics. Rhythm for Civics users can then click these links to add log entries to service requests and applications, and optionally to change application statuses.
For service request types, you can use the new Portal Configuration tab to add log generation links. This tab also includes the other Rhythm for Civics settings for a service request type, such as the Show in Portal check box and the Portal Description field.
