Null records in reports

Each table in the Infor Public Sector database has one null record, where each column has a value of 1 or is blank. These null records will be shown in your reports if you don't filter them out.

For example, a Birst report that shows the maximum bill amount per bill type will include a column with no label and no value for the null record in the BILL table. To exclude this you can add a filter to the report that only shows bill amounts where the bill type is not null.

Filters to exclude null records must be included in the design of each report. No filtering of null records is done by Infor Public Sector.
