Configurations

The various configurations that you can select for transfer are defined in a set of XML files in the Core\ConfigurationTransferApplet\Scripts folder on the server. “Configuration” is used here as a general term for setup records in Infor Public Sector, such as CDR application types, asset inspection types, and service request types.

For each configuration type, all necessary supporting records are transferred along with the parent configuration record. For example, when you select an asset inspection type to transfer, the Configuration Transfer tool also transfers the associated detail pages, indexes, observations, safety messages, and resource estimates.
