Menu Groupings tree nodes

The Menu Groupings tree matches the structure of the menu. This table describes each node in the tree.
Node Description
Menu Groupings (root node) Contains nodes for the menu groups in the menu.
"Group" Node for a group in the menu, such as Personalization, Resources, or System. Each menu group corresponds to a title bar in the menu. This node shows the name of the group. It may contain one or more of each of these three nodes: "Subgroup", "form", or "InfoViewer".
"Subgroup" Node for a subgroup in the menu, such as the Access Control, User License, or User Information subgroups in System. Each subgroup corresponds to a heading under a title bar in the menu. This node shows the name of the subgroup. It may contain one or more of each of these three nodes: "form", "InfoViewer", or "Subgroup".
"form" Node for a form for the subgroup. This node shows the name of the item. It may contain one or more "Page" nodes.
"InfoViewer" Node for an InfoViewer for the subgroup. This node shows the name of the InfoViewer. It contains one or more "Page" nodes.
Page node Page node with temporary changes Page with commited changes "Page"

Node for a page in a form or InfoViewer. The node changes from Page node to Page node with temporary changes if temporary changes have been made to the page, and changes to Page with commited changes if temporary changes have been committed. When you click this node, a thumbnail of the page is displayed on the right. You can click the thumbnail to edit the page. This node shows the name of the page. It contains a Business Object Links node and may contain a User Control Items node, a Tab Pane Items node, or both.

Business Object Links Node for a page's linked business object. This node may contain one or more "Link" nodes.
"Link" Node for a data link to a page in a form or InfoViewer. Data links establish a relationship between a business object and the page that contains controls to interact with that business object. This node shows the name of the link. It may contain a "Control Collection" node.
Control Collection node Control Collection node with temporary changes Control Collection node with committed changes "Control Collection"

Node for a control collection that accesses a linked business object. The node changes from Control Collection node to Control Collection node with temporary changes if temporary changes have been made to the page, and changes to Control Collection node with committed changes if temporary changes have been committed. A control collection is a group of one or more controls contained in an ascx page that is displayed as a group box attached to an aspx page. When you click this node, a thumbnail of the control collection is displayed on the right. You can click the thumbnail to edit the page. This node shows the name of the control collection.

User Control Items Node for a page's associated user controls. This node may contain one or more "User Control" nodes.
User Control node User Control node with temporary changes User Control node with committed changes "User Control"

Node for a user control associated with a page. The node changes from User Control node to User Control node with temporary changes if temporary changes have been made to the user control, and changes to User Control node with committed changes if temporary changes have been committed. A user control is a control or group of controls that is displayed depending on options that a user selects, such as the address, parcel, and property user controls that can be selected when recording location information. When you click this node, a thumbnail of the user control is displayed on the right. You can click the thumbnail to edit the user control. This node shows the name of the user control's page.

Tab Pane Items Node for a page's associated tabs. This node may contain one or more "Tab" nodes.
Tab node Tab node with temporary changes Tab node with committed changes "Tab"

Node for a tab on a form or InfoViewer. The node changes from Tab node to Tab node with temporary changes if temporary changes have been made to the tab, and changes to Tab node with committed changes if temporary changes have been committed. A tab shows a specific type of information about a single record. When you click this node, a thumbnail of the tab is displayed on the right. You can click the thumbnail to edit the tab. This node shows the name of the tab.

Address (root node) Node for system-wide address information. It has one Address Forms node as a child, which in turn has subnodes for the various address forms in Infor Public Sector.

Infor Public Sector includes different address forms for six locales: AU (Australia), CA (Canada), GB (Great Britain), JP (Japan), NZ (New Zealand), and US (United States).

The US Address forms are used for South Africa as well, so South African clients wishing to make changes should edit those forms.

Contact (root node) Node for the forms that track system-wide contact information. It has one Hansen8 Contact Forms node as a child, which in turn has subnodes for the various contact forms in Infor Public Sector.
