Meter readings
You can use the Life
History tab on the Meter InfoViewer to record usage readings for a water
meter.
Based on the reading, Infor Public Sector calculates the account's usage, billable usage, and average daily usage since the last reading.
If you indicate that a reading is ready to bill, Infor Public Sector sends the usage information to your agency's billing application.
Note: If a reading is lower than the previous reading by at least 10%,
Infor Public Sector first shows a message asking if this is
the first reading after a rollover. Rolling over a meter means that the meter has
exceeded its maximum value and has been reset to 0.00. Click or to continue.
