Lookup Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are used to track orders placed with vendors and manufacturers. If you want to review or update purchase order, you can use Infor Public Sector to locate the order you want. Infor Public Sector searches your records using the search criteria that you enter and shows the purchase orders that match that information. For example, you might want to look up all active purchase orders or all purchase orders placed with a specific vendor.

After Infor Public Sector locates the purchase orders that match your search criteria, you can select a purchase order from the search results and delete it using the Action button. You can also print your search results and load a purchase order into the Purchase Order InfoViewer, where you can view, print, and update the purchase order.
