A manufacturer is the company that produces a part in your agency's inventory. A
manufacturer added to a part catalog record indicates whom to correspond with regarding a part.
The manufacturer record includes contact information and may include a list of vendors who sell
the manufacturer's products.
If you use Infor Public Sector to manage your inventory, you can cross-reference the parts in your inventory with the part information provided by a manufacturer.
