Incident overview
Incidents in Infor Public Sector include all types of
unforeseen occurrences that an agency might be required to respond to, such as traffic
accidents or natural disasters.
To track incidents you must first create incident types, which define the general characteristics of the incidents that can occur. The incident type might also include additional agency-defined details.
