Synchronizing data

When you work offline, any updates that you make to your work records are stored on your mobile device. Depending on your system settings, your records may be synchronized to the server automatically when a connection is available. You can also synchronize data manually.

  1. In the mobile app, select Synchronize from the menu.
  2. Set the switch to the right of the X Changed Records link to Yes.
  3. Tap OK.
