Entering data
You can use the mobile app to create new records in the Infor Public Sector database, such as work orders and inspections, and to update existing records.
To enter data in a field, tap on the field. Depending on the field, there are several different ways to enter data.
- Some fields will show a popup from which you can select the desired value.
- Some fields show a lookup that you can use to search for the desired record.
- In other fields you must type in the information that you want to enter.
When creating a new record, the app indicates which fields are required.
To clear the data from a field, touch the field and hold until a prompt is displayed asking if you want to clear the field. Then tap .
