Submit Service Request

Submit Service Request is the form that you use to create a service request manually.

To create a service request, specify the request type, the location, and the customer's contact information. You can also enter additional information, such as the request's priority level and responsible party, and schedule and assign an inspection for the request.

Infor Public Sector also provides a knowledge base that you can use to search for information related to the service request. Click the Knowledge Base button to open the knowledge base. By default, this button opens the standard Infor Public Sector knowledge base. Infor Public Sector can also be configured to use an external system instead. If so, clicking Knowledge Base opens the external knowledge base.
