Service Request InfoViewer toolbar buttons

This table describes the toolbar buttons that are unique to the Service Request InfoViewer. Standard toolbar buttons are not included.

Button Description
Map Drawer Map Drawer button Used to view service request information in Map Drawer.
ACTION You can use the ACTION button to duplicate a service request. Depending on the request type and the other modules that your agency is using, you can also create work orders, cases, asset inspections, one-off charges, and incidents.

Knowledge Base Knowledge Base button Used to open the knowledge base.

By default, this button opens the standard Infor Public Sector knowledge base. Infor Public Sector can also be configured to use an external system instead. If so, clicking Knowledge Base will open the external knowledge base.

SOP Click to display any standard operating procedures defined for the service request type.
RESOLVE Can be used to resolve the current service request.
