Adding calls to a service request

If you receive multiple calls relating to a particular problem you can add calls to an existing service request rather than creating a new service request.

  1. Load the correct service request into the InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Call Details tab.
  3. Click Add above the Other Calls grid.
  4. Enter the customer's contact information.
  5. Enter the call details in the Customer Comments field.
  6. Click Save.
