Running the Correspondence Schedule task

There are two separate Batch Manager tasks involved in this correspondence output. When you run the formula task, Infor Public Sector creates a correspondence schedule, which is a record indicating that a set of correspondence is ready to be generated. The actual output is handled by a Correspondence Schedule task.

As with the formula task, you can run the Correspondence Schedule task manually by clicking the Action button in the Batch Manager and selecting Run. Otherwise the Batch Manager will run the task automatically based on the scheduling options you entered.
