This table describes the standard My Infor items for the Use Permits module.

Item Description
All Completed Use Permits This dashboard uses two pie charts to show the total number of permits the agency has completed during the current month and year. Each pie chart shows percentages of completed permits by application type.
All Issued Use Permits This dashboard uses two angular gauges to show the total number of use permits the agency has issued during the current month and year.
All Open Use Permits This dashboard shows the total number of open use permits in two different panels. The Total panel uses an angular gauge to show the total number of open permits. The By Type panel shows a pie chart that breaks down the percentages of open permits by application type.
Completed Use Inspections This dashboard uses four angular gauges to show the total number of use inspections completed during the current day, week, month, and year.
Completed Use Reviews This dashboard uses four angular gauges to show the total number of use reviews completed during the current day, week, month, and year.
Current Revenue for Use Permits This dashboard has two panels that show the amount of revenue collected by your agency for different types of use permits during the current and previous years. The Current Year panel shows a linear gauge panel with the amount of fees collected for use permits this year by application type. The Previous Year panel shows the amount of fees collected last year by application type.
Current Revenue for Use Permits CDR Billing Similar to the Current Revenue for Use Permits item, but shows revenue based on Billing transactions.
Current Unpaid for Use Permits This dashboard shows a pie chart that shows the percentages of use permits with unpaid fees by application type. You can rest your mouse pointer on a slice in the pie chart to view the application type and percentage of applications of that type with unpaid fees.
Current Unpaid for Use Permits CDR Billing Similar to the Current Unpaid for Use Permits item, but shows unpaid fees based on Billing transactions.
Highest Use Valuations This dashboard uses a linear gauge to show the 10 use applications with the highest declared valuations.
Incomplete Use Inspections This dashboard shows information on the number of incomplete use inspections. The Total, Unassigned, and Assigned panels use angular gauges to show the total number of incomplete inspections, the number of incomplete inspections that haven't been assigned yet, and the number that are assigned. The By Responsibility panel shows a pie chart that breaks down the percentages of incomplete inspections by responsibility code.
Incomplete Use Reviews This dashboard shows information on the number of incomplete use reviews. The Total, Unassigned, and Assigned panels use angular gauges to show the total number of incomplete reviews, the number of incomplete reviews that haven't been assigned yet, and the number that are assigned. The By Responsibility and By Department panels show pie charts that break down the percentages of incomplete reviews by responsibility code and by department.
Use Inspector TO-DO List Shows a list of all use inspections assigned to you that do not yet have results recorded. To record results, select one or more inspections in the list, click the down arrow button, and select Record Results. Specify the results of the inspection in the Result field, specify any other information about the inspection, and click Save.
Use Reviewer TO-DO List Shows a list of all use reviews assigned to you that don't have results recorded. To record results, select one or more reviews in the list, click the Settings button, and select Record Results. Specify the results of the review in the Result field, specify any other information about the review, and click Save.
