Defining a daily schedule

  1. Begin to define a periodic inspection schedule.
  2. Under Recurrence, select Daily from the Schedule Type list.
  3. Specify whether the inspection will be scheduled at an interval or on every weekday.
To schedule the inspection at an interval, select Every _ days(s), and type the number of days that you want between inspections. For example, if you want the inspection scheduled every third day, specify 3. To schedule the inspection daily, Monday through Friday, select Every weekday.
  4. Specify any other information about the interval.
If you selected Every _ day(s), you must specify a date in the Starting Date field to indicate when Infor Public Sector will begin scheduling inspections based on this interval. For example, if you specify an interval of 3 and a starting date of 01/01/2017 (a Sunday), Infor Public Sector will schedule an inspection on January 1, January 4 (a Wednesday), January 7 (a Saturday), and so on. You can use the "Days in Advance" fields to indicate how far in advance an inspection can be scheduled, such as indicating that an inspection must be scheduled between three and 30 days before it is conducted.
  5. Click Save.
Infor Public Sector saves the schedule with the interval that you defined.
  6. Continue to define the periodic inspection schedule.
