Model Home Characteristics is the tool you use to define the characteristics that make up the model homes your agency will use for project applications and their child building applications.
Infor Public Sector organizes your characteristics into a tree structure. You can browse through the tree by expanding and collapsing nodes. You can use grids that are displayed when you click nodes to add characteristics to groups.
