Changing a planning condition status

Each planning condition typically has its starting status defined for it and may have an auto status formula that calculates the condition's status. You can also manually change a planning condition's status to reflect changes, such as indicating that a planning condition has been deferred or removed. The statuses that are available to a planning condition depend on its current status and the allowable statuses that your agency defined for it.

  1. Load the application you want in the Application InfoViewer.
  2. On the Conditions tab, select each planning condition you want to update in the Planning Conditions grid.
  3. Click Change Status of Selected Conditions.
  4. Specify the new status in the Status field.
  5. Click OK.
Infor Public Sector updates the status for each selected planning condition and its children if the new status is set up as the next allowable status. If the status is updated, Infor Public Sector also adds a status log entry to the Status Log tab in the Planning Condition dialog box.
