Start Application
When a customer files a planning application, you can begin the planning process by starting an application in Infor Public Sector. To start an application, specify the type of application the customer wants, the location of the construction site, the kind of work to be performed, and information about the customer.
After you've saved the application, you can pay any fees that were automatically added to it and check which requirements must be fulfilled before the application can advance in your agency's planning process. You or others in your agency can also view the application and make further changes to it using the Application InfoViewer.
