Condition types

Condition types are the general requirements that must be satisfied for an application to continue through its planning process.

Whereas reviews, inspections, and hearings involve detailed processing within your agency, conditions are verified and approved by entering an approval code. For example, you could have a condition that requires a primary location. Each condition type is defined for a specific application type. The condition can then be automatically added to all applications of a particular type or be added to specific applications based on criteria that you define.

You use the Conditions node in the Application Types tree to define each condition type that may be required for an application type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the condition to an application by associating a milestone with it. You can also create a formula that determines whether to add the condition. Finally, you can define status checks that calculate whether to halt the planning process based on the condition's status.
