Copying a planning condition type

If you want to create a planning condition that uses the information from an existing planning condition, you can duplicate the existing planning condition. For example, your agency might have several planning conditions with similar requirements. It is more efficient to create a large number of these planning conditions based on a template of one that already exists. You can then copy that planning condition type and make the necessary changes to create new planning condition types.

  1. Select Planning > Setup > Planning Condition Library.
  2. In the Planning Condition Library tree, browse to the correct group of planning conditions.
  3. Click the Planning Conditions node.
A grid is displayed on the right listing all the planning conditions in that category.
  4. Select the planning condition you want to duplicate.
  5. Click Action and select Copy Planning Condition.
Infor Public Sector shows the Planning Condition Dialog popup window with a copy of the planning condition.
  6. Type a unique title in the Condition Title field.
  7. Select the correct condition type in the Condition Type list.
  8. Specify the correct status in the Status field.
  9. Change any other information as required.
  10. Click Save.
