Hearing types

Hearing types define the public meetings and hearings associated with a planning application, such as a planning commission or directors hearing.

Each hearing type is defined for a specific application type. The hearing can then be automatically added to all applications of a particular type or be added to a specific application based on criteria that you define. You use the Hearings node in the Application Types tree to define each hearing type that might be used in an application. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the hearing to an application by associating a milestone with it. You can also write a formula that determines whether to add the hearing and define status checks that calculate whether to halt the planning process based on the results of the hearing.
