Changing basic escrow account information

  1. Load the escrow account you want into the Escrow InfoViewer.
    You access the Escrow InfoViewer by clicking the Account # link for the account on any form that shows the link.
  2. On the Maintenance tab, under Escrow Account, click Change Account Information.
  3. Change the information as required.
    You can change any information about the account, including its number and status, account holder, and minimum and maximum balances.
  4. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector updates the escrow account with the new information. If the Contact Validation dialog box is displayed, you may have entered a new contact or entered the contact incorrectly.
