Defining an auto-comply inspection result code

Auto-complying code violations means that Infor Public Sector assigns the same status to all code violations associated with the inspection. Infor Public Sector uses the completed date of the inspection as the status date of its code violations. Note that you must already have defined the status that you want Infor Public Sector to assign.

  1. Select Code Enforcement > Setup > Inspection Result Code.
  2. Click Add above the grid.
  3. Type a name for the result code in the Code field.
  4. Type a brief description of the result code in the Description field.
  5. Select AutoComplyCodeViolations from the Result Action list.
  6. In the Auto Comply Code Violation field, specify the status that Infor Public Sector will assign to all code violations for the case.
  7. Optionally, specify effective and expire dates to limit when the result code will be effective.
  8. Click Save.
