Defining a no action inspection result code

  1. Select Code Enforcement > Setup > Inspection Result Code.
  2. Click Add above the grid.
  3. Type a name for the result code in the Code field.
  4. Type a brief description of the result code in the Description field.
  5. Select NoActionRequired from the Result Action list.
  6. Specify effective and expire dates if you want to limit when the result code will be effective.
  7. If you want to create follow-up inspections for this result code, enter a formula in the Follow-up Inspection Condition field.
Follow-up inspections are created to follow a current inspection after a set amount of time has passed, typically independent of the current inspection's results. For example, you might create follow-up inspections two weeks and six weeks after a nuisance violation has been abated to ensure continued compliance. The formula in the Follow-up Inspection Condition field determines whether a follow-up inspection is added and when it is scheduled. You can also direct Infor Public Sector to charge follow-up inspection fees when you define an inspection type in Case Workflow.
  8. Click Save.
