Defining a review assignment

  1. Select [CDR module] > Review > Review Assignment.
  2. In the Application Types tree, browse to the assignment group for the correct review type.
  3. Click the "Assignment Group" node.
  4. Click Add above the grid.
  5. In the Reviewer field, specify the identification code for the reviewer you want to include in the assignment group.
  6. In the Assignment Area field, type the value that Infor Public Sector will use to assign the reviewer to the review.
    Note:  This value must exactly match the value that will be recorded in the application. For example, if the assignment group checks for postal codes, the assignment area must be a postal code. If you specify a different value, such as a block name or property ID, or if the value is not valid within your agency, such as an incorrect postal code, Infor Public Sector will not recognize the assignment and will not assign the reviewer to reviews that use it.
  7. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector associates the assignment with the review type and adds it to your records. If the assignment group is specified for the review type in Application Workflow, this reviewer will now be automatically assigned to reviews for applications that have the assignment's assignment area value.
